Pantheon, built with BuildStream for TunaOS.

Athens is a TunaOS BuildStream variant for the Pantheon desktop. Its initial recipe and image-build setup are adapted from JumpyVi’s elementary-build-meta; this is recipe-basis credit, not an original TunaOS implementation. The local OCI target is experimental: no public image or boot/install qualification is available.

Recipe attribution

The initial BuildStream recipe basis is JumpyVi’s elementary-build-meta.

Experimental OCI target

The repository documents a local-only oci/athens.bst target. It is not published to a registry and has not been qualified for boot, installation, or updates.

BuildStream recipe

BuildStream defines the Pantheon and GNOME OS OCI image graph; CI checks the graph, not a completed image build.

Local-only output

The OCI layout can be built and loaded locally. Registry publication, update feeds, and production signing are not configured.

Original TunaOS artwork

The Athens mark, wordmark, and wallpaper are original TunaOS artwork, separate from Elementary OS branding.
